Firefly ISAI conducts independent, trauma-informed investigations. Firefly's investigative approach emphasizes impartiality, survivor dignity, procedural fairness, transparency, and accountability. Findings and conclusions are developed independently and are intended to assist organizations, survivors, and stakeholders in understanding historical and contemporary institutional responses to abuse allegations. The publication of a report does not imply that additional information may not exist beyond the scope of the investigation or become available after the report's completion.

This independent investigation examined the historical and contemporary responses of the Carlisle Brethren in Christ Church and affiliated denominational leaders to disclosures of child abuse involving Survivor Greta Roberts and her siblings.
