Firefly’s independent investigations into sexual and physical abuse are not a substitute for law enforcement action. We fully comply with mandatory reporting laws in every state. Any suspected sexual abuse, exploitation, or criminal conduct involving a minor is promptly reported to the appropriate law enforcement agency or county department of human or social services, in accordance with state statutes.
